JACOB NOSANCHUK Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Nosanchuk, who recently celebrated their 75th wed- ding anniversary, have es- tablished an additional grove through the Jewish National Fund in honor of the occasion, in memory of their late nephew, Mr. Harold Murawnik, and in honor of his widow and chil- dren. The Nosanchuks have planted four groves in Is- rael, including one grove honoring the 35th wedding anniversary of their son and daughter-in-law, Dr, and Mrs. Joseph Nosanchuk. Those unable to make a cash contribution can still aid by donating life insurance policies to the JNF or naming the JNF as beneficiary. Frank - Ellias, JNF vice president for foundations, said that when the JNF is designated as the owner of a life insurance policy while the policy holder is still liv- ing, the premiums to that policy are tax deductible. The assembly, the annual meeting of JNF Council leadership from the United States, will be held in Jerusalem and Eilat March 7-14, and will in- clude tours to allow visitors to inspect JNF projects in Israel. The fee includes round- trip. air fare from New York, tours and transportation in Israel, luxury hotel accom- modations, meals and tax and service charges. If ar- ranged prior to departure, an extended stay of up to 60 days is available at no extra air fare cost. The itinerary includes as- sembly sessions during which JNF policy and plans will be discussed ; and tours of JNF projects in Jerusalem, the Negev, Eilat, the American Inde- pendence Park and Pitchat Shalom. Special banquets and dinners are planned, and those attending will meet with Prime Minister Menahem Begin and JNF World Chairman Moshe Rivlin, as well as other Is- raeli notables.
