Silver Palace, owned by
Dale and Mable Mui,
opened March 12, 1982, and
seating between 140 and
150 people, is basically a
good Chinese restaurant . ..
with simple but -choicely
selected decor, red booths
and padded chairs at tables.
Chopsticks are brought
automatically . . . Recent
lunch there was pleasant
. . . with sizzling rice soup,
very crisp egg roll of extra
thin casing or skin, paper
shrimp • (ground shrimp in
paper-thin wrapping), fancy
fried rice, cashew shrimp
and spicy beef.
