Bar-Ilan University's
graduate educational psy-
chology program will bene-
fit from the creation of a
model psycho-educational
clinic on campus. The
clinic's creation has been
made possible through a gift
by Detroiter Dr. A. Freda
Milstein, in memory of her
brother, Max Milstein.
The concept of a model
psycho-educational clinic
comes in response to needs
within the educational psy-
chology program as well as
those expressed by families,
schools and psychological
practitioners in com-
munities surrounding the
university. These needs in-
clude:
• A need for supervised
graduate student training
within an optimal con-
trolled field setting.

Graduate educational
psychology students are
sent to school psychology
clinics in order to receive
"hands on" experience in
the field, even though
their clinical supervision
is given by the academic
training staff on campus.
As a result, faculty are
unable to insure the form or
