Michigan Town Bans KKK THREE RIVERS, Mich. A local chapter of the Ku Klux Klan has been barred from meeting in the public library or other city-owned buildings in this western Michigan town. Daniel Emery, head of the local Klan branch, said the city commission's action was unconstitutional and that he would contact KKK officials in Georgia for ad- vice. Emery's request for the meeting followed a campaign by the Klan to remove several books the Klan considers pornog- raphic from the library's shelves. 41 4 siO 1 44.1
