The apartments will be opened to individuals or couples with one part- ner at least 60 years old, 50 if disabled. Each apartment contains a living room with a dining area, one or two bedrooms, a complete kitchen, private bathroom, a large storage room and ample closet space. They also have car- peting, a stove, a two-door, frost-free refrigerator, smoke detectors, an air- conditioning sleeve and a balcony. Two - bedroom apartments have 1 1/2 baths.
