Ms. Berman is the newly
installed State Representa-
tive from Southfield and
Lathrup Village.
A life long Michigan
resident, she was execu-
tive director of a
statewide citizen's lobby
network. She will discuss
her views on the status of
equal rights for women in
the state of Michigan and
across the country in
light of the failure of the
ERA Amendment.
