OFFER ENDS SOON JERUSALEM (JTA) — Premier Menahem Begin's adviser on anti-terrorist ac- tivities predicted that Israel will have to fight Arab ter- rorism for another 100 years and contended that Lebanon will be a major front. The premier's aide, Rafael Eitan, who is not re- lated to Chief of Staff Gen. Rafael Eitan, offered his views in a Voice of Israel Radio interview. He said that however long the Israeli army would have Ito remain in Lebanon, it would be engaged in combat against terrorist acts. The war is over formally but in practice it still goes on, he said. He said Israel would have to apply the military and intelligence meas- ures that eradicated ter- rorism from the Gaza Strip 13 years ago. According to Eitan, Is- rael's defenses against ter- rorism within its own bor- ders are the most efficient in the world. He dismissed the grenade attack that injured 12 bus-riders in the heart of Tel Aviv Saturday night as an "exceptional case" and was confident the perpet- rators would be caught soon. Eitan expressed concern over the vulnerability of Jewish institutions over- seas to terrorist attack. But he considers Lebanon Is- rael's biggest problem. By eating what is suffi- cient man is enabled to work; he is hindered from working and becomes heavy, idle and stupid if he takes too much. —Jones Jewish Concerns Told to Mayor NEW YORK (JTA) — A delegation of American Jewish leaders, represent- ing the Conference of Presidents of Major Ameri- can Jewish Organizations, met with Mayor Jacques Chirac of Paris in New York on Tuesday to express their concern over terrorism and anti-Semitism in France and their solidarity with the policies of the Israel gov- ernment, many of which are opposed by the French gov- ernment. Chirac answered their questions and explained his own positions. The interview was ar- ranged through Mayor Ed- ward Koch of New York and his aides. Koch was Chirac's guest in Paris in 1978. He is a prominent figure in French national politics which go beyond the office of Paris' mayor. U.S. Coordinated Israel-Iran Sales WASHINGTON (ZINS) — Israeli Ambassador Moshe Arens said in a re- cent interview that Israeli arms sales last year to Iran were closely coordinated with high U.S. officials. Arens said Israel supplied spare parts for U.S. equip- ment used by Iran in its war against Iraq. He said the U.S. was hoping to make contacts within the Israeli military that would lead to the downfall of Kohmeini. ammr FACIAL HAIR PERMANENTLY REMOVED Eyebrows, Neckline, Arms Recommended by Physicians FREE CONSULTATI ON SHIRLEY - PERSIN Registered Electrologist ADVANCE BUILDI NG 23077 GREENFIELD, R oom 260 Near Northland & Providence Hospital PHONE 557- 1108 Over 20 Years Experience MAG CLAN Exciting entertainment for your organization. club or private party Stage Shows Close up magic Audience Participation Mel Eisenberg 547-2464 MENTA T ESIGN-ile Laminated Tables Residential & Commercial Graphic Wall Design KEITH SCHARE Designer 569-2462 543-0203
