There's the popular An- thony's for informal dining with a flair of relaxed enjoyment as one looks out the huge windows and watches people swimming in the European - style lobby, or sip drinks at tables surrounded by greenery that makes for an outdoors setting inside. Anthony's is also where people bring their food on Sunday . . . after going through othe line of sump- tuous brunch buffet de- lights (10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) set up on an array of tables in the atrium-like lobby just outside of Anthony's.
