Brown onion and green
pepper until onion is golden.
Add remaining ingredients
and cook covered for about 15
minutes. Serves 4-5.

ation Peace for Galilee.
Officials report they have
received separate requests
for information from many
Americans, including three
U.S. Marines who say they
would like to serve in the
Israeli army. One Marine
expressed his willingness to
convert to Judaism. .

Palestinian problem is a
