Joseph Fredericks is the
new owner-operator of the
House of Foods Supermar-
ket at Drake and Walnut
Lake Roads, West Bloom-
field.
Prior to purchasing the
supermarket, Fredericks
was the vice president, cor-
porate development, of Sun-
shine Food Stores in Flint,
and previously was the gen-
eral manager of another
supermarket group. At the
Hamady Brothers Super-
markets, he rose through
the ranks to become district
manager.
He attended the Univer-
sity of Michigan-Flint and
served in the U.S. Army.
