nesday in the Dubin Room
of the Bnai Brith Building.
The council will celebrate
the 85th anniversary of the
organization at a brunch
11:30 a.m. Dec. 5 at Hamil-
ton Place. There is a charge.
The guest speaker will be
Charley Manos, Detroit
News columnist, humorist
and author. There also will
be a musical show, "You've
Come a Long Way Baby,"
depicting Bnai Brith
Women over the past 85
years. Esther Applebaum,
membership chairman, is in
charge of the event along
with co-chairmen Joan
Edelheit and Ruth Grey.

Donald Fracassi has pro-
claimed Dec. 5 as Bnai
Brith Women Day in
Southfield.
