The dinner will be held 6 p.m. Nov. 11 at Adat Shalom Synagogue. Former Israel Prime Minister Yit- zhak Rabin will be the guest speaker. Sam Rich, national vice president of the American Technion Society, is chair- man of the Michigan Dor- mitory -Committee. Dr. Joseph - N. Epel is the president of the Detroit Chapter. Joseph H. Jackier, chairman of the dinner committee, said special tribute will paid to Be- nard L. Maas, for whom the dormitory is named. Other board members in- volved in the dormitory project are Louis Milgrom, past president of the Detroit Chapter; and Alex J. Etkiii, executive vice president of the chapter. Nuclear Freeze Is Advocated The Michigan Region of American Jewish Congress has endorsed Proposal E on the state ballot calling for a nuclear weapons freeze. Ruth S. Rosenbaum, regional director, says the- national organization has a long-standing position of support for the limitation of nuclear arms.
