Brandeis University by his
children, Mrs. Morris D.
Baker of Bloomfield Hills
and Dr. Michael J.
Franzblau of San Francisco.
Mr. Franzblau served as
president of the Halevy
Singing Society in Detroit

JERUSALEM (JNI) — At
the end of a long series of
negotiations, the Labor
Zionist movement agreed
not to propose its own can-
didate for the chairmanship
of the Zionist Executive,
thus ensuring that incum-
bent Arye Dulzin will re-
main unopposed at the
World Zionist Congress in
December in Jerusalem.
It was also agreed to re-
tain WZO Treasurer Akiva
Lewinsky of the Labor
Party after the congress.
The Labor Party will in-
crease its representation
from 125 to 150, Likud dele-
gates will drop from 178 to
175, the reform movement
will increase from 13 at the
last congress to 22 and Miz-
rachi will drop from 77 to
60.
