Federal approval has been granted to three more senior citizens apartment projects under Bnai Brith sponsorship. The new projects are to be built in Scranton, Pa., Ed- wardsville, Pa., and Silver Spring, Md. The three proj- ects are among eight appli- cations filed by Bnai Brith and each will be the second such housing project in each city. The apartments will be fireproof and have such facilities for the infirm as ramps, bathroom grab-bars, and low-control panels for elevators and lights. Most of the apartment buildings will have recreation rooms, lounges, common dining rooms, arts and crafts room and laundry rooms.
