Asian studies at Wayne
State University, will ad-
dress the American Jewish
Congress on "The Political
Status of the Jews In The
Islamic Near East" 8 p.m.
Monday in the main United
Hebrew Schools au-
ditorium.
Prof. Lassner received his
PhD degree from Yale Uni-
versity and has been a
member of the Wayne State
faculty for the past 20 years.

eighth grade Arab girl from
Nazareth, the Ministry of

ideas with which anyone in
