JDC Relief Effort in Lebanon
Nears the $1 Million Mark

NEW YORK — The
American Jewish Joint Dis-
tribution Committee (JDC)
has raised nearly $1 million
in cash and supplies for the
relief effort in Lebanon.

contributions of $332,000 as
