The Einstein Luncheon
Forum, a newly formed cul-
tural group geared espe-
cially to the Jewish profes-
sional and business execu-
tive, will have its first ses-
sion 12:15 p.m. Monday at
Southfield Charley's.
Co-chairmen of the Eins-
tein luncheon forum Judges
Ira G. Kaufman and Nor-
man Feder announced that
Dr. Joseph Churba, a
former policy adviser to
President Reagan and a top.
Air Force intelligence offi-
cial, will be the guest

JERUSALEM (JTA) —

Israel will help Costa Rica
combat a mounting wave of
Soviet-Cuban terrorism in
the Central American coun-
try.
A decision to that effect
was reportedly made at a
meeting between Israel
Foreign Minister Yitzhak
Shamir and President Luis
Monge in San Jose.
Monge reportedly wel-
comed the Israeli offer, not-
ing the "strong friendship"
between the two countries.
No details were released
about the aid offer.
Monge also reportedly
expressed disappointment
over the lack of support by
European democracies for
sister democracies such as
Israel and Costa Rica.
It was also reported from
San Jose that Shamir raised
the idea of forming a world
organization of demoratic
countries to counter the
United Nations where,
Shamir pointed out, the
overwhelming number of
member-states are not
democratic.
