Cake Recipe By NORMA BARACH (Copyright 1982, JTA, Inc.) 3 large eggs 1 cup self-rising flour 1 /4 cup sugar 1 /2 stick margarine 1 /3 cup honey 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Grease and line with wax paper an 8-inch square pan. Blend eggs, sugar, margarine and honey. Add flour, Mix. Stir in pecans. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done. Let cool in pan 5 minutes. Then turn out on a wire rack, peel off wax paper and let cake cool. Makes about 20 slices. The New Year is not complete without the newest creation by Lenox...
