Service has a volunteer
corps for people age 60 and
over. Called the Senior
Service Corps. members

There are openings for
senior citizens interested in
participating as volunteers.

JARC to Host
Lecture Series

Tom Panico, psychologist
and consultant, will discuss
"Simple Behavior Modifica-
tion" in the second of a
series of eight lectures de-
signed for families and
friends of the mentally re-
tarded and professionals, at
7 p.m. Thursday at
Roosevelt Middle School,
Oak Park.
The series is sponsored by
the Jewish Association for
Retarded Citizens. There is
a nominal fee. For informa-

Cake Recipe
By NORMA BARACH

(Copyright 1982, JTA, Inc.)

3 large eggs
1 cup self-rising flour
1 /4 cup sugar
1 /2 stick margarine
1 /3 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped pecans.
Grease and line with wax
paper an 8-inch square pan.
Blend eggs, sugar, margarine
and honey. Add flour, Mix. Stir
in pecans. Pour into pan and
bake at 350 degrees for 25-30
minutes or until done. Let cool
in pan 5 minutes. Then turn out
on a wire rack, peel off wax
paper and let cake cool. Makes
about 20 slices.
