Nazareth, will be sponsored
by the Swedish community.
Tsippori is the place where
Rabbi Yehuda Hanassi,
compiler of the Mishna,
lived during the Second
Century. Also, tradition has
it that Saint Mary, the
mother of Jesus was born
there.
Wallenberg, who used his
diplomatic immunity
coupled with thousands of
forged documents in his re-
scue work, was captured by
Russia following the war.
Soviet officials. claim Wal-
lenberg died in 1947 but
many people feel he is still
alive and being held pris-
oner by the Soviet Union.
In November, Wallen-
berg will be the guest of
honor (in absentia) at a JNF
Annual Dinner in Denver,
Colo.
Solomon became king of
Israel in 970 BCE.
