College Opens
LOS ANGELES (JTA) —
A four-year undergraduate
college, with a curriculum
which will seek to stress
integration of Jewish and
Western civilizations has
been opened on the campus
here of the University of
Judaism.

The item appearing in
the Sept. 3 issue about the
displaced homemakers
program of the Jewish
Vocational Service should
have said that the pro-
gram services women who
are divorced, separated or
widowed, lack em-
ployability skills and have
lost their means of eco-
nomic support. Eligibility
is based on martial and
employment status and
age of children. There are
no income guidelines.
