chaired Windsor's State of
Israel Bonds drives.
He has been a member
of the Windsor United
Jewish Appeal Commit-
tee for many years. He
was instrumental in
creating and funding the
program that daily buses
some 15 children of Rus-
sian immigrants from
Windsor to Yeshivath
Beth Yehuda School in
suburban Detroit.
In addition, he is active in
HIAS and is a past board
member of Cong. Shaar
Hashomayim.
