JARC Opens Seventh Home The Jewish Association for Retarded Citizens opened its seventh homefor retarded last Friday. Six women residents were moved into the newest facility at 107 Elm Park, Pleasant Ridge. The home has been under 24-hour guard since early May when an arsonist set the vacant home ablaze. It has also been the sub- ject of two law suits, one by Pleasant Ridge resi- dents and a second by the city of Pleasant Ridge. A ruling on the citizens' suit is pending in Oakland Circuit Court.
