FEATURING OUR FAMOUS
WHAT IS STUFFED PIZZA?
Chicago-Style Stuffed Pizza is a unique pizza product that has its origins in the old country and came to this area by way of Chicago.
Stuffed pizza is prepared in a cake-type pan with layers of dough on the top and bottom and the finest, freshest ingredients "stuffed"
in the middle. The layers of dough are then pinched together and a luscious whole tomato sauce is spread generously over the entire
surface. Our regular Stuffed Pizza is a lot of food, weighing almost three-and-ond-half pounds with cheese only.
Each pizza is individually crafted by one of Bella Russo's kitchen crew and then baked for a full thirty minutes in our old-fashioned
bread baker's oven.
