Gerierously grease 9-inch square baking pan. In medium bowl, combine flour, nuts, bak- ing powder, salt and spices; set aside. In large bowl, beat eggs gradually adding sugar until thick and lemon colored. Stir in honey, coffee, oil and brandy. Stir in oats. Add dry ingredients, mixing just, until blended. (Do not overmix.) Pour into prepared pan. Bake about 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool com- pletely on wire rack.
