Plans Events

Sponsor Lunch to Precede Hadassah Event for Bonds

A schedule of activities
planned to serve students
involved in the Hillel Foun-
dations at Wayne State
University and Oakland
University and college-age
persons in the Jewish com-
munity have been planned
at the Hillel House, 14400
W. 10 Mile.
Beginning Monday, the
llel House will sponsor
ffeehouses, movies,
games and open houses.
Sharon Leopold is the Hillel
House director.
Hours are Monday
through Thursday, 8-11

be Annette Meskin, Met-
ropolitan Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah president, who
will be honored July 19 at
the Hadassah-Israel Bond
luncheon.
The sponsor luncheon
enlists the support of
women who purchase Israel
Bonds on the level of $1,500
or more, becoming members
of the 1982 Israel Bond
Honorary Society of Spon-
sors.

The Jewish Homemaker's Guidt to Delicious Italian Cooking
Gets its Zest from Chef Boy-ar-dee Ravioli.

2 tablespoons chopped parsley
cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 can (15 oz.) Chef Boy-ar-dee
Cheese Ravioli in Tomato Sauce
1 cup water
1 packet G. Washington's Golden
Seasoning and Broth

1 cup chopped red pepper
1 package (10 oz.) frozen corn,
cooked and drained
1 package (10 oz.) chopped
broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup sliced mushrooms
VI cup butter or margarine
(4 tablespoons)

1. Saute chopped parsley and onion in 1 tablespoon butter.
2. Combine parsley, onion, Cheese Ravioli, water and G. Washington's in
2 quart sauce pan. Cover; simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Meantime, saute red pepper in 1 tablespoon butter. Remove to warm
serving dish.
4. Continue to saute each vegetable separately in 1 tablespoon of butter.
Remove each vegetable to separate warm dish. Serves four.

1977, she again became
chairman of the Women's
Executive Committee, a
position which she holds
for an unprecedented
fifth term.
She is a member of the Is-
rael Bond Chicago General
Executive Committee as
well as the National
Women's Division Execu-
tive Committee.
Dr. Miriam Freund Ro-
senthal will be the guest
speaker at the annual Met-
ropolitan Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah-Israel Bond
luncheon, announces Mar-
jorie Saulson, Hadassah Is-
rael Bond chairman.
The event will celebrate
the 15th anniversary of re-
united Jerusalem. For

Dr. Freund Rosenthal
is an associate chairman
of the National Women's
Division of Israel Bonds
and a member of its
executive board. She is
also a past national
president of Hadassah
and a former associate
chairman of the Greater
New York Women's Di-
vision of Israel Bonds.
Following her presidency
of Hadassah, she became its
national Bond chairman.
She also assumed the posts
of national chairman for
Hadassah's 60th anniver-
sary, chairman for the
Chagall Exhibit as well as
