Gefilte Fish Salad Recipe By NORMA BARACH (Copyright 1982, JTA, Inc.) 5 medium pieces of gefilte fish 1/2 small green pepper, chop- ped 1 /2 small red pepper, chopped 1 /2 cup dill pickle, chopped 1 /2 tsp. salt 2 large tomatoes, diced 1 /4 cup mayonnaise 1 /4 cup buttermilk 2 tbsps. vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1 /4 tsp. pepper Cut gefilte fish into bite-size pieces. Combine with pep- pers, pickle and tomato. Mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, vin- egar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over fish mixture and toss lightly. Serve on crisp let- tuce. Serves 4-6. :z:
