Perri Kanat Plans to Marry Propaganda Film Protested An Oak Park man has written to WGPR-TV (Ch. 62) to protest the airing of a Palestine Liberation Organization propaganda film and what he termed "biased reporting" on news- casts on Israel's invasion of Lebanon. Maxwell Reichstein pro- tested the showing of the film, "The Children of Palestine," at 12:30 a.m. June 13. He said the film was aired on the "Arab Voice" program. Station manager Tenicia Gregory, vice president of the black-owned WGPR, re- sponded to Reichstein's pro- test this week. In her letter, Ms. Gregory said that air time for the film was pur- chased, and that similar time can be purchased by any group. She said the American Jewish Congress airs a weekly program on that basis. Ms. Gregory flatly denied that the station presents any bias in its newscasts.
