Israel imported $4.4 bil-
lion more in foreign goods in
1981 than it exported, an
increase of 13 percent over
the previous year.
There were $15.3 billion
in imports in 1981, com-
pared to $14 billion in 1980.
There were $10.8 billion in
exports, compared to $10.2
billion in 1980.
