Jewish Committee, 7:45
p.,m. Tuesday at Temple
Beth El, announces Irving
Tukel, president of the
chapter.
Guest speaker will be Dr.
William Haber, adviser to
the executive officers at the
University of Michigan and
a longtime national officer
of the AJCommittee.
The Balalaika orchestra
gave its first concert in
1926. Originally formed by
transplanted Russians, the
group is currently com-
prised of persons from all
walks of life. It specializes
in classical and folk music.
