Offered at Camp

The gymnastics and
dance specialty camp, of-
fered as part of the Center's
summer day camp program,
still has openings for chil-
dren in grades five-10.
The dance portion of the
program focuses on the
basics of modern and jazz
dancing and aerobic danc-
ing. Tumbling, balance
beam, vaulting and uneven
parallel bars are em-
phasized in the gymnastics
portion.
Carmen Staltmanis, pro-
gram aide of the physical
education department at
the Center, will be the
dance supervisor. Darrell
Yee, assistant coach for the
men's program at the Uni-
versity of Michigan, will be
the gymnastics supervisor.
