Begin Approves
Summit Talks

JERUSALEM — Prime
Minister Menahem Begin of
Israel announced Tuesday
that he would be willing to
meet with President Re-
agan and Egyptian
President Hosni Mubarak
in Washington.

Begin said, however, that
a three-way summit cannot
replace Palestinian au-
tonomy talks between Is-
ael and Egypt. He added
that Israel would discuss
the autonomy only after
Egypt agrees that
Jerusalem will be one of the
future sites for the negotia-
tions.
