Israeli-German Talks Due
The Jewish Community Council Delegate Assem-
bly was the occasion to elect new officers and present
the Walter E. Klein Youth Award for social action and
community service work to its 1982 winners, Temple
Emanu-El Temple Youth. Newly elected officers in
