THE BASKET SHOPPE Judge Seeks Re-Election Michigan Appeals Court Judge Michael J. Kelly has announced his candidacy for re-election. Last Week, Judge Kelly became the first judge in Michigan and one of only 28 in the U.S. to have earned a master of laws degree in the judicial process. He earned his degree at the University of Virginia School of Law at Charlottesville. Judge Kelly serves in Michigan s second appellate district, which includes Oakland, Macomb and 12 and the Michigan Judges • Association.
