stick margarine
1 cup chopped onion
1 small chopped green pepper
6 chopped mushrooms
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsps. salt
1 /4 tsp. oregano
8 ozs. elbow macaroni
3 cups milk
8 ozs. shredded American
cheese.
In a frying pan, melt mar-
garine. Saute the vegetables
until tender. Stir in flour, salt
and oregano. Add macaroni
and milk. Cover and bring to a
boil. Reduce heat, simmer 15
minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add cheese, stirring until
melted. Serves 4.
