Turkey Rolls
in Wine Sauce

at Franklin Racquet Club

21/4 lbs. ground raw white tur-
key meat
1/2 cup matza meal
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 /2 tsp. ginger
1/2 cup matza meal
oil
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
3 /4 cup white wine
Combine turkey, 1/2 cup
matza meal, eggs, water, salt
and ginger. Shape into 12
"logs." Roll in matza meal.
Brown in oil. Blend broth and
wine. Pour over meat. Cover,
bring to boil. Simmer for 30
minutes. Serves 5-6.

Israel Engineers Get More Pay

The third annual Hadas-
sah women's open tennis
tournament will take place
June 2-4 at the Franklin
Racquet Club in Southfield.
Proceeds form this event
will benefit cardiovascular
research at the Hadassah
Medical Complex in
Jerusalem.
Barbara Gutman, tour-
nament chairman for the
Greater Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah, announced that
the tournament is open to
all area women. Trophies
will be awarded for first and
second place winners and
there will be a consolation
tournament.
Admission fee includes
lunch on June 2 and a tour-
nament t-shirt. Non-
players who wish to support
Hadassah may register for
lunch on June 2 at a reduced
fee. Baby sitting is avail-
able.
