Nursery Enrollment Opens
The Temple Israel Nur-
sery School is accepting
enrollment for September
classes, which encompass a
three-morning-weekly pro-
gram, meeting Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays
from 9 to 11:30 a.m.; a
three-afternoon-weekly
program meeting the same
days, from 12:45 to 3:15
p.m.; and a five-afternoon-
weekly program, meeting
from 12:45 to 3:15 p.m.
The school is open to S-
and 4-year-old youngsters.
Besides the half-day nur-
sery school sessions,
mother-toddler and
enrichment courses are of-
fered one morning a week
from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m.
on Tuesday and Thursday
mornings.
The mother-toddler
class is open to
youngsters 18 months_up
to 3 years of age who meet
with their mothers and a
teacher-in-charge to
supervise activities.

The enrichment program
has a class called "Some-
thing Terrific," focusing on
cooking, baking, sewing
and potpourri. A class called
"Music and Movement" ex-
poses the kindergarten
children to instrument
handicrafts • combined with
listening to the recorded
music of these instruments
plus engaging in the move-
ment, exercise and dance to
the rhythms.
Special classes will be ex-
panded in the fall with the
introduction of science and
woodworking sessions.
