opened in Pittsburgh. It is

Jewish Committee
Pittsburgh Chapter and the
Institute for Research and
History in New York, and
funded by the National
Endowment for the
Humanities. It covers
Pittsburgh Jewish life from
1847 to the present.

NEW YORK — Rabbi
Rubin R. Dobin of Miami
Beach, Fla., was named
lecturer-in-residence by the
Theodor Herzl Institute.
