department is seeking vol-
unteers to work on the an-
nual awards dinner to be
held 6 p.m. May 26. The
program will be open to the
youth department members
and their families.
Entertainment and awards
for everyone will be part of
the evening's program. To

2 hard-boiled eggs, grated
2 green onions, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 small red pepper, diced
mayonnaise
salt, pepper
6 avocado halves
Mix chicken with all the in-
gredients and stuff the av-
ocado halves. Garnish with
tomato slices and a radish
rose. Serves 6.
