Kugel Recipe
in Error, New
One Offered

The recipe for zucchini
kugel appearing in last
week's Jewish News was in
error and there are no cor-
rections locally available.
However, The Jewish
News has received a more
accurate recipe and offers it
as follows:-

. Zucchini Kugel

2 zucchini
2 eggs
grated onion
salt
pepper
garlic
1 /4 to 1/2 cup matza meal
grated carrot, optional
Grate zucchini, drain well.
Add 2 eggs, grated onion, salt,
pepper, garlic, matza meal and
grated carrot. Bake at 350 de-
grees for one hour in small loaf
pan.
