for if a man denies or con-
tradicts any one of them,
even the smallest, it is if
he said that the Torah is
not from Heaven."

Marc Kellner, studied rab-
binics at the Hebrew
Theological College
(Chicago) and Yeshivat
Merkaz ha-Rav Kook
(Jerusalem) and philosophy
at Washington University
(PhD). He is currently a
senior lecturer in the de-
partment of Jewish thought
at the University of Haifa.
