Inflation Jump JERUSALEM (ZINS) — The consumer price index in Israel rose 8.3 percent in January, which is the high- est increase for any January in the last 30 years. The index jumped 5.7 per- cent in February and economists now believe that the inflation rate for Israel in 1982 will be 125 percent. WALTHAM, Mass. — Brandeis University's 1982 summer school program will feature undergraduate and graduate courses in Judaic studies during two daytime sessions, June 1-July 2 and July 6-Aug. 6.
