Johnny Romano. On
Sept. 26, 1958, Latman,
who had 10 career shutouts,
allowed three singles. In the
sixth inning, John Calli-
son's sacrifice fly scored
Romano with the only run of

Kansas City Athletics, at
Comiskey Park, 1-0. Bob
