Dayan's Daughter io Speak Here for"Allied Jewrsh Caiiipaign

Israeli novelist Yael
Dayan, daughter of the late
General Moshe Dayan, will
be the guest speaker at a
gathering sponsored by
Hatikvah Section of the
1982 Allied Jewish Cam-
paign - Israel Emergency
Fund Women's Division.
Open to Campaign con-
tributors of $100 or more
through Women's Di-
vision, the meeting is 12:30
p.m. March 8 at the Bloom-
field Hills home of Linda
Goldman. Dessert and cof-
will be served.
/born in Nahalal, a village
near Haifa, Miss Dayan is a
graduate of Hebrew Uni-
versity in Jerusalem. She is
the author of numerous
best-selling novers, includ-
ing "New Faces in the Mir-
ror," "Envy the
Frightened," and "Dust"
and "Death Had Two Sons."
Miss Dayan • has
traveled extensively in
Europe, South America,

States, and has worked
as a journalist for the
Jewish press and the
British Broadcasting
Corp.
She is married to Gen.
Dov. Sion, whom she met on
the front lines during the
Six-Day War, and is the
mother of two children. She
continues to serve in the Is-
rael Army Reserves.
The Hatikvah Section is
led by Susan Citrin, chair-
man, and Roberta Blitz,
associate chairman. Shelby
