lieved to be living in De-
troit.

relatives and provides the
following information:
"Boris has two uncles,
Girsh and Moyshe
Rapoport, who came to De-
troit from Byelorussia in
1914. Boris' grandfather,
Shmul Rapoport, had six
children.
"A sister, Eva, is Boris'
mother. Another sister,
Pesya, has died, as has
Eva. A brother, Meer, has
died, but the sixth, a
brother, Solomon, still
lives in Byelorussia."

Baked Steak

3 1/2 lbs. chuck steak (boneless)
2 cups ketchup
4 tbsps. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps. lemon juice
2 tsps. garlic powder
1 /2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 /2 lb. peeled baby onions
1 1/2 lb. new potatoes, peeled
1 lb. small carrots, peeled
Mix together ketchup, wor-
cestershire sauce, lemon
juice, garlic powder and mush-
rooms. Pour over steak. Sur-
round the meat with the re-
maining vegetables. Bake for 2
hours at 350 degrees. Baste
periodically. If meat is not ten-
der bake longer. Serves 5-6.
