This finding is contained in a report released by the research arm of the WJC, the Institute of Jewish Af- fairs. Freedman, who suffered a heart attack last Sept. 20, has donated a special mani- kin to the city that will be used to train public safety officers and residents in the techniques of cardiopulmo- nary resuscitation (CPR). Freedman credited quick work by public safety offi- cers with possibly saving his life following the heart attack.
