Burger Creamery of De-
troit, is no longer kosher.
The kosher certified C'est
Bon! products still in the
marketplace with the "K"
on the lid are kosher and
may be used. The new C'est
Bon! will not have any
kosher markings and is a
new product altogether,
being a custard, rather than
a soft yogurt.
This change does not ef-
fect any of the other kosher
products of the C.F. Burger
Creamery, including ice
creams, fruit juices, yogurt
shakes, coffee whiteners
and other dairy products.
Meanwhile, New Era
Potato Chips, will return to
local markets in February.
All of the New Era products
are certified kosher by the
Metropolitan Kashruth
Council of Michigan, di-
rected by Rabbi Jack
Goldman.
