There are very few ways to fight a misconception .. . People have to find out for themselves . . . This I did with amazingly happy re- sults . . . Healthy Jones is a real honest-to-goodness fine restaurant . . . I can't think of a single thing wrong with eating food made from in- gredients that are good for you . . . especially when it's good!
