Judge Cohn an- nounced that in the com- ing transition months, beginning in January, former Federation President George M. Zeltzer will become chief operating officer, with Drachler serving as chief executive officer. Until his departure on May 31, Drachler will serve as executive vice president, a position to which he was elected by the Board of Gov- ernors last month. On June 1, Zeltzer will assume the executive office until a new director is named. Follow- ing that date, and for a period of five years, Drach- ler will serve Federation in a consultative capacity, Judge Cohn said.
