Eban Forsees PLO Talks
- JERUSALEM (ZINS) —
Former Foreign Minister
Abba Eban said on Israel
Radio that he did not
exclude, in the not too dis-
tant future, the possibility
of dialogue with the - PLO.
But in the meantime, Israel
must emphasize its total
opposition to the' extremist
line adopted by the PLO Na-
tional Council.
"It is imperative that in-
ternational opinion and the
inhabitants of the West
Bank and Gaza Strip realize
in the first place that PLO
extremism can only result
in an impasse and the con-
tinuation of the current
situation," he said.
